Linking Opportunities to Pursuits

An opportunity can be linked directly to an existing pursuit.

IMPORTANT An opportunity can only be linked to a pursuit for the same target company.

 

To link an Opportunity to a Pursuit:

1. Click the Link icon in the Associated Pursuit panel. A Link Pursuit to Opportunity pane appears, displaying current pursuits for that target company. It shows the Pursuit Type, Title, and Initiative Name for pursuits for that company.
2. Select one from the list.

3. Click the Save button. The Opportunity is now linked to the Pursuit.

 

NOTE An Opportunity linked to/associated directly with a Pursuit cannot also be directly linked to an Initiative.
